Your profile (this page)
Personal to you — your name, picture, password and display language. Reached from your avatar menu in the top-right corner. Changes here follow you into every restaurant you are part of.
Your profile is your personal account inside the CRM: your name, your picture, your password and the language the app is shown to you in. It is separate from your restaurant’s Settings — changing your profile only affects you, never the restaurant or your teammates. If you belong to more than one restaurant, your profile travels with you across all of them.
It helps to keep two ideas apart:

Restaurant Settings
Everything about the restaurant itself — branding, billing, booking rules and so on. Reached from Settings in the left navigation, and shared with your whole team.

The Profile Information card at the top holds the basics guests and teammates see next to your actions.

When you are happy, click Save Profile. The button briefly reads Saving… while it stores the change, and your new name and picture appear straight away.
Use the Change Password card to keep your account secure. You will need your current password to set a new one.

If the two new passwords do not match, or the new one is shorter than 8 characters, the CRM warns you and nothing changes. Once it succeeds you will see a confirmation, and the three fields clear.
The CRM can be shown to you in English or Italiano. This is a personal preference, remembered in the browser you are using, so it can differ from device to device.

Next to the language icon is a light/dark toggle. Click it to switch the CRM between a light and a dark look. Like your language, this is personal to you and remembered in your browser.
The Two-factor authentication card at the bottom of the profile page lets you add a second layer of security using a code from an authenticator app on your phone. When it is on, signing in asks for a fresh 6-digit code as well as your password.
