Discount
A percentage off. Choosing this reveals a Discount Percentage field where you enter a number from 1 to 100. Use the description to say what it applies to, for example “15% off the bill”.
A loyalty program is a simple way to thank the guests who keep coming back. You decide what a guest has to do to earn a reward — for example, complete a certain number of bookings — and what that reward is, such as a discount or a free item. Once the program is active, your guests work towards that reward every time they dine with you.
Every program has two halves:
You set both when you create the program. Today the condition counts completed bookings: you choose a number (the Threshold), and a guest earns the reward each time they reach it.
Because the condition is worded as “every N completed bookings”, the same guest can earn the reward again and again. If you set the threshold to 10, a regular earns the reward at their 10th completed booking, again at their 20th, and so on. Only bookings that were actually completed count towards it — cancellations and no-shows do not.

Earning is automatic. You do not hand out rewards by hand — the program keeps count of each guest’s completed bookings for you. When a guest reaches the threshold, they have earned the reward you described.
Redeeming is the reward you promised. The reward is whatever you type into the Reward Description, so write it as a clear instruction that both your team and your guests understand — for example, “10% off your next visit” or “a free dessert”. When an eligible guest returns, your team simply honors that reward at the table. Keeping the wording specific means anyone on your team knows exactly what to give.

Under Reward Type you have three options. All three need a Reward Description; the description is what your team reads when honoring the reward.
Discount
A percentage off. Choosing this reveals a Discount Percentage field where you enter a number from 1 to 100. Use the description to say what it applies to, for example “15% off the bill”.
Free Item
A complimentary dish or drink. Describe exactly what the guest gets, for example “a free glass of house wine”.
Custom
Anything else you want to offer. Write the whole reward in the description, for example “priority booking on weekends”.
A program only earns rewards for your guests while it is Active — you can see each program’s status on its card as an Active or Inactive badge. To change it, open the program’s … menu and choose Activate or Deactivate.
Deactivating stops guests from earning new rewards, but any rewards they have already earned are kept. This is useful for seasonal offers you want to pause and bring back later.

To change any detail of a program, open its … menu and choose Edit. This reopens the same form with the current values filled in; make your changes and click Save.
To remove a program, open its … menu and choose Delete, then confirm in the Delete Loyalty Program dialog.
