Branding your page

Your booking page is often the first thing a guest sees. Branding is where you make it look like your restaurant — your logo up top, your colours across the buttons and hero, your typeface, and any awards or guide recognitions you have earned. You set all of this in one place and watch it update live in the preview beside the form.

The Booking Page editor is split into four tabs across the top:

  • Branding — your logo, colours, font and accolades. This page.
  • Pages — your theme, hero image, wording, menu, about and contact pages.
  • Advanced — custom styling and tracking.
  • Settings — your page address, custom domain, opening hours and booking form.

Branding is the first tab and opens by default. As you edit, a live preview shows on the right (on a phone or narrow screen, tap Open preview to see it full-screen).

  1. On the Branding tab, find the Logo box at the top.
  2. Click it to upload an image from your computer, or drag a file onto it.
  3. Wait for the upload to finish — your logo then appears in the preview.

A square logo works best, since the box is sized for a square image. Use a PNG with a transparent background if you have one, so the logo sits cleanly on any colour.

Once a logo is uploaded, a Logo size slider appears just below it. Drag it to make the logo larger or smaller in the hero area — anywhere from 60% up to 200%, shown as a live percentage. This only affects the big logo in the hero; the smaller logo in the navigation bar stays the same size.

Four colour controls let you match the page to your brand. Each one has a swatch and a text box:

  • Primary Color — your main brand colour. It drives buttons, highlights and key accents across the page.
  • Secondary Color — a supporting colour used alongside the primary for accents and depth.
  • Text Color — the colour of text shown over your hero and coloured areas.
  • Button Text Color — the colour of the label inside your buttons.

To set a colour, either click the swatch to open your device’s colour picker, or type a colour code straight into the box. Colour codes are six-digit hex values that start with a hash, like #2563eb for a blue or #111111 for near-black. The box only accepts a valid code, so if a save is blocked, check that each colour is a complete six-digit value.

Below the colours, the Font Family dropdown sets the typeface for your whole page. Leave it on Default (System Font) to use a clean, fast-loading default, or choose from a curated list including Inter, Roboto, Open Sans, Lato, Montserrat, Playfair Display, Poppins, Raleway, Merriweather, Nunito, Source Sans 3 and PT Sans. Pick one and the preview reflows immediately.

Accolades are small badges shown below your logo — Michelin stars, guide awards, certifications and the like. They add instant credibility for guests who recognise them. You can add up to six.

  1. Scroll to the Accolades section at the bottom of the Branding tab.
  2. Click Add your first accolade (or Add accolade if you already have one).
  3. Upload the badge image in the Accolade image box — for example, the official logo from the guide’s press kit.
  4. Optionally use Quick fill from common accolades to set the label text (see below).
  5. Fill in the fields you want, then save.
  • Accolade image — the badge or logo to display. This is the part guests see, so upload the real artwork. Guides usually provide official logos in a press or media kit.
  • Quick fill from common accolades (optional) — a dropdown of well-known recognitions grouped by guide, including Michelin, Gambero Rosso, World’s 50 Best, Slow Food, Guida Espresso, TripAdvisor, La Liste and Relais & Châteaux. Picking one fills in the Label text for you. It does not supply an image, because those logos are trademarked — you still upload the artwork yourself.
  • Label (optional) — a short caption, up to 40 characters, such as MICHELIN. Leave it blank to show the image on its own.
  • Alt text (optional) — a text description used by screen readers and shown if the image cannot load, up to 100 characters. Good for accessibility.

Each accolade card has small buttons on its right: the up and down arrows change its position in the row, and the trash icon removes it. When you reach six accolades, the Add accolade button is disabled until you remove one.

Branding shares one save action with the rest of the Booking Page editor. As soon as you change anything, a bar slides up from the bottom of the screen showing how many changes are pending, with Save and Discard buttons.

  1. Make your edits — logo, colours, font, accolades.
  2. Review the live preview to confirm it looks right.
  3. Click Save in the bar at the bottom. To throw the changes away instead, click Discard.
